**１：パワー大改修
パワーポイントシステム大改修。より簡単に、わかりやすくビルドを選択可能になる。
パワーに&bold(){パワーポイント制は廃止}(20までポイントを振る要素を廃止)。
取得した瞬間に 最大効率で使えるようになる。
装備品に現在ついている＋Power Rankも無くなるが、該当する要素に対する強化効果などに置き換わった。
**２：タレント
Specializationシステムを全ヒーローに適用。
すべてのヒーローは５セットのSpecializationを持つことになる。
これの選択により、起動パワーは性能が変わったりグラフィックが変わったり、あるいは
まったく別のパワーに置き換わったりする。
この置き換わったSpecialization群は「TALENTS」という名前で第３パワーツリーに格納され
今までの起動パワーは第一、第２ツリーにまとめて格納されることになる。
**３：Traits
ヒーロー固有の性能・形質を表すものとして「Traits」が設けられる。
全ヒーローはLV1から「Offensive Traits」と「Defensive Traits」を持つ。
（＝Passive取得のためにレベルを上げる必要がなくなる）
いままでのヒーローのPassiveパワー枠に相当するもの。
***Defensive Traits …先日改修した新防御システムを引き継ぐが、
キャラクター独自の特殊なAffixもひとつそれぞれのヒーローに用意して
キャラクターの固有性を高める。
***Offensive Traits …攻撃システムも防御システムに似た形で大改修。
全ヒーローにはそれぞれ２つのAttribute(今までのSTRとかFightningとかINTとか)が設定され、
指定されたAttributeを上げることでベースダメージが上がるようになる。
（例：ハルクの場合はSTRとDUR)
このAttribute指定以外にも、キャラクター独自の特殊なAffixもOfensive Traitsに含まれる。
Critical RateはOffensive Traitsには含まれないが、全キャラクターLV1から「ベースクリティカルヒット率」を持つようになる。
***Mechanic Trait
ヒーローごとの独自リソースとかギミックとか。(編集済)
新システムの例：ヒューマントーチ
ヒューマントーチのoffensive TraitsはEnergyとSpeed。
今までの防御PassiveはDefensive Traitsに統合され、DeflectとDodgeのTotal Bonusが与えられる。
ヒューマントーチには、新しいリソースとして「Heat」が与えられる。
（おそらくTalents欄の最上部の３パワーがTraitsになるのかと思います。）
デフォルトだと、どのパワーもHeatを消費することはなく、無制限に使える。(デップーとかハルクみたいに)
ヒートは０から始まり、燃焼している敵１体ごとに増加していく。
Heatが最大になると「Overheat」状態になり、ほとんどのパワーがHeatを消費して何らかの追加エフェクトを得るようになる。
オーバーヒート中は移動速度も上がり、また移動する際に炎の帯が地面に発生してダメージを与えるようになる。
オーバーヒート中はＨｅａｔを得ることはなく、Ｈｅａｔが０になると通常状態に戻る。
ヒューマントーチは他に５Talentsを持つ。
例１：Flame Wave を選択すると、Scorching Wallが変化し、
地形設置DoTではなく敵に炎の波を浴びせるDDに変化する。
例２：Flame Tornadoを選択すると、Fiery Uppercutが変化し、
単体Meleeではなく自分中心のAEDDに変化する。
例３：Flame Tornadoが気に入ったなら、Cyclone を選択するのもいいかも。
Flame Tornadoにより発生した炎の竜巻が起動後短い時間持続し、
移動して敵を攻撃するようになる。
Ultimate PowerはTalents欄に格納され、好きなものからひとつ選ぶことが出来るようになる。

***アクションバーの簡略化
第２、第３アクションバーは廃止します。
また、共有クールダウンパワー、排他取得パワー、スタックしないパワー効果（DoTなど）も廃止します。
これにより、&bold(){使いたいパワーを８つ選んでバーに配置するだけで全パワーを使えるようになります}。
トラベルパワーはパワー欄を消費しないようになります。
またＣＣ解除パワーも同様にパワー欄を消費しないようになります。

***開発者の発言より
・パワー欄の減少にともない、起動型アーティファクトの起動型効果は撤廃します。
（AIM Robot Dispenserみたいな、パワー欄において起動させるタイプの効果を持つAFのこと）
・パワーポイントの廃止にともない、現存するStarktech Cubeはancient forgotten devicesに変化します。
Cosmic系アイテムの+1 Powerは何か別のものに置き換わります。まだ未定。

インシグニアのコズミック化は控えておいたほうがいいかも。
ペットのPower＋も意味をなさなくなるから厳選しても後で無意味になるかもしれない。}
